Q & A: Formal Table Setting HELP!

Q: I'm hosting a very small, formal dinner party next month and I want to make sure I do EVERYTHING right, including setting the table. The problem is, I have no idea how to start or what side to put the spoon on! Clearly I'm in need of a table setting crash course, can you help?
